Conduct is also considered harassment if it causes a hostile environment. Behaviors that contribute to a hostile environment are inappropriate in our community. Such conduct will result in discipline, up to and including immediate termination of (access to the member portal).

Inappropriate conduct includes: 

• Abusive or discriminatory verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, or religion

• Deliberate intimidation

• Harassing

• Inappropriate physical contact at our events

• Unwelcome sexual attention

 

This list is not comprehensive, and SMASH, at its sole discretion, may terminate or limit your membership at any time in the event of inappropriate conduct or communications with SMASH Staff, providers, members, or event attendees. By engaging with SMASH, becoming a member, or attending our events you agree to this code of conduct.
